This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No4 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet filed before the concerned Court on 19.07.2016.
4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
