Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 7 from granting any License or permission or No Objection Certificate to the 10th respondent for establishing any industry either Spinning Mill or Poultry Form in violation of Acts and Rules for establishing such industry in S.Nos.55/1B2, 55/1C, 55/1D and 57/2 at Senthoor Nagar Annex, Konur Village, Kandampalayam, Konur (Post), Namakkal Taluk and District.

(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable The Chief Justice) Learned Government Pleader and the learned counsel for the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board submit that the 10th respondent is establishing a Powerloom Textile Unit, for which requisite permission has been obtained from the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board as well as licence has been granted.
2. In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the consent granted on account of any aspect of noise pollution or otherwise, it is for him to avail the appropriate remedy before the appellate authority against the consent granted.
