This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 18.04.2017 in Memo (SR) No.4230 of 2017 in C.C.No.801 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Special Mobile Court, Eluru, West Godavari District. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
