.....RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the proceedings in Rc.No.A1/651/2015 dated 30.1.2015 Issued by the 3rd respondent and consequential orders issued by the 4th respondent in Rc.Ni.NIL/2015 dt.5.3.2015 as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and one passed without jurisdiction and set-aside the same and to consequentially direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as superintendent in the 4th respondent temple.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed herein, order of the High Court dated 05-06-2015, 07-07-2015, 13-08-2015 and 8-9-2015 made in WP. No.15715 of 2015, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. V. Satish, Advocate for the petitioner, and of the G.P. for Endowments, (AP), for the Respondents No. 1 to 3 and of Smt. K.
